Thoughts For Thursday: Be Scared and Do It Anyway. Fear has two sides, it's either our "friend" keeping us safe or it's the "Reason" we don't do that thing that we want to do. How often have you wanted to do something and then that doubt creeps in, that Fear that compels you to retreat, run and never get it done.
Know matter what it is - if it's Positive and Beneficial, think more about the Regret that you'll experience later. Make a list of the Reasons You Should and another list of the Reasons you Shouldn't. Now jot down exactly how you'll feel after getting it done and a few words on how you'll feel if you don't get it done.
Keep the List and Notes with you at all times. Pray or meditate on it for a while, play out both in your head like a movie. Be gentle with yourself and allow it to seep in and manifest. Don't let Fear take one ounce of happiness or sense of accomplishment from you. You're on the way of becoming the Best Version Of You, the Actualized You, the Happy You who lives in Abundance.
